Lesson No. 01

The first lesson

Mirties trauka: the death pull. That is Lithuanian for the deadlift. We never did it in PE: we played kvadratas or basketball, and many schools did not even have a barbell. The first Kunce lesson fills that gap. The death pull is done by the one it suits best: straight back, legs doing the work, the way a test that never existed would demand. Two tees: the skeleton in shorts or in leggings. This time "I forgot my kit" will not work. A limited run.
