The register is run by MB Kūno Kultūros Apranga, company code 307102644, registered office Kosmonautų g. 18, LT-68145 Marijampolė, email info@kuncewear.com (“Kunce”, “we”). Company data is held in the Register of Legal Entities of Lithuania.

These rules apply to everyone who joins the Kunce class register on kuncewear.com. By signing up you confirm that you have read and accept them.

The register is a free waitlist. People on it are the first to hear about new Kunce “lessons” (clothing drops) and can buy them earlier.

Joining is free, we will never ask you to pay for it, and it does not oblige you to buy anything. The model (print or colour) and size you pick help us decide how much to make, but they are not an order.

• You must be 14 or older.
• One person, one entry, with your own working email address.
• Fill in the form and agree to receive our emails. We send a confirmation link valid for 48 hours. If it expires, fill in the form again for a new one.
• Unconfirmed entries are deleted after 30 days.

When you confirm, you get a class number. Numbers are given in order of confirmation. They are never drawn at random; this is not a lottery or a game.

The number marks your entry in the register. It gives no right to buy, reserves no products and guarantees no price; it only decides your early-access wave when a lesson has waves. It cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.

If you unsubscribe, the number stays reserved for you while your record is kept (see the privacy policy). If you ask us to delete your data, the number is deleted with the record and never reassigned.

Before a drop goes on sale to everyone, register members get an early access window. We announce its start and length by email in advance for each lesson.

Early access may open in waves: lower class numbers (up to an announced number) or members with an announced number of confirmed referrals buy first, then the rest of the register. We email the wave limits and times for each lesson in advance, and your wave's time is shown on the product page.

Early access applies to members whose entry is confirmed (who have a class number). If you unsubscribe, we stop telling you about early access, but you keep it.

Quantities are limited. Early access means the chance to buy earlier, not a guarantee that your size or model will be available. We publish quantities when known and never claim “only a few left” unless it is true.

Purchases are made under the terms of sale in force at that time. They will be published before the shop opens.

Once your entry is confirmed you get a personal referral link. When a friend signs up through it and confirms their entry, that is a confirmed referral.

The more confirmed referrals you have, the earlier your chance to buy may open within the early access window. We announce how many referrals are needed for an earlier wave by email before each lesson. Referrals cannot be exchanged for money.

Friend discount: when a friend buys for the first time with your referral code, they get a discount on the goods and you, if you receive our emails, get a one-time code for your next order. The amounts are shown on the invite page; those shown at the time of your friend's order apply. Your code is valid for 90 days, for you only, for one order, and cannot be exchanged for money. You cannot use your own code.

We do not count, and may remove:

• referring yourself, e.g. through another email address of yours;
• temporary, fake or other people's email addresses;
• entries created by bots or automatically;
• entries bought or obtained for any reward;
• referrals spread by spam: unsolicited bulk emails, messages or comments.

If we notice this, we may not count the referrals, reduce or remove early access and delete the entry. We will write to you first and let you explain.

You share your link yourself. We never email the people you invite unless they sign up themselves. Your friend is only recorded as having signed up through your link; you only see the number of confirmed referrals.

We send emails about Kunce lessons, early access and short surveys (such as whether you would buy). Answering surveys is optional.

You can unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of every email. After unsubscribing you will no longer get early access notices.

We may change these rules or end the register. We announce significant changes by email at least 7 days in advance. Changes never take away early access already announced for a lesson in progress.

The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.

We work to keep the site and emails running, but cannot guarantee that an email never lands in a spam folder or that the site never has an outage.

These rules do not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Send questions and complaints to info@kuncewear.com; we reply within 14 days.

Lithuanian law applies. If we reject your claim, accept it only in part or do not answer within 14 days, you may turn to the out-of-court consumer dispute body: the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, vvtat.lrv.lt (online at vtis.lt, by post or in person), or to a court.
