The seller is MB Kūno Kultūros Apranga, company code 307102644, registered address Kosmonautų g. 18, LT-68145 Marijampolė, email info@kuncewear.com, phone +370 671 09100. Data is held in the Register of Legal Entities. The seller is not VAT-registered.

These terms apply to purchases in the online shop kuncewear.com (the Shop) and form the contract between the Seller and the Buyer. The Lithuanian version is binding; this translation is for information.

Adults with full legal capacity may buy, as may minors aged 14 to 18 with a parent's or guardian's consent, unless they may make such purchases themselves under the Civil Code.

The Buyer is responsible for the order details being correct (name, email, phone, delivery point).

Steps: choose the product, size and quantity → cart → your details and delivery → payment method → accept the terms → “Order and pay” → payment.

Before pressing “Order and pay” the Buyer sees the whole order and the final price with delivery, and can correct mistakes by going back.

The contract is made when the order is paid and the Buyer receives the order confirmation by email. The email carries these terms (PDF, the version in force when ordering) with the model withdrawal form, and links to the order page showing the order and the withdrawal button.

Order details are stored in the Seller's system; the Buyer can view them through the link in the confirmation email.

Prices are in euros and final. The delivery price is shown separately before the order is placed.

Payments are handled by Montonio Finance UAB: online banking, payment cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. When switched on, paying in instalments is also possible: this is credit from Montonio's partner (the lender) on its own terms. The Buyer sees the lender, the terms and the cost and accepts them on the lender's page before paying. The credit agreement is between the Buyer and the lender; the Seller neither gives nor assesses credit. The Seller never receives card details.

An order not paid within 40 minutes is cancelled and its items go back into stock.

When a discount is shown, the lowest price of the 30 days before the discount is shown next to it. Where a price is cut step by step, the price before the first cut is shown. Where a product has been on sale for less than 30 days, the lowest price is counted from the start of sale.

A discount code is typed at checkout and applies to the price of the goods (not delivery, unless stated). It works on its stated terms: until its date, for its number of uses, once per Buyer where so set. A personal code (a register member's referral code, a thank-you code) is for that person only. A friend's referral code applies to the Buyer's first order only and never to an order by the code's own holder.

Offers (for example several items for one price, a discount from a quantity, or free delivery) apply for their stated time and on their stated terms. One order gets one offer or one discount code, never both: whichever saves the Buyer more. The final price is shown before payment.

Every paid order gets an invoice. It is available on the order page and sent with the order confirmation. Company details can be added at checkout.

When a product is sold in advance (made after ordering), the product page and the order confirmation give the date by which it will be sent.

If production is late, the Seller tells the Buyer by email straight away and gives a new date. The Buyer may wait, or end the contract and get the full amount back within 14 days.

Without a stated dispatch date, the product is delivered within 30 days of the contract.

When a lesson has a minimum run, the minimum, the number ordered so far and the closing date are shown on the lesson page and before payment. The contract is made on condition that the run is reached by that date. If it is not, we email the Buyer within 3 working days of that date and refund the full amount, delivery included, by the same payment method within 14 days. If a lesson that reached its run cannot be made for reasons beyond our control (e.g. the supplier can no longer provide the shirts), we say so at once and the Buyer chooses: wait for a new date or get the full amount back within 14 days.

We deliver in Lithuania only, through Montonio: to parcel lockers or by courier. The Buyer sees the available carriers and prices when choosing delivery. Buyers from other EU countries are welcome with a delivery point in Lithuania.

Products in stock are sent within 2 working days of payment; pre-orders by the stated date. The Buyer receives a tracking link.

The risk of the product being accidentally lost or damaged passes to the Buyer when the Buyer or the Buyer's chosen person collects the parcel. Until then the Seller bears it.

Please check the parcel when you collect it. If it is damaged, take a photo and tell us as soon as you can.

A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the products (for orders delivered in parts, from the last part). The consumer may also withdraw before receiving the products, for example while a pre-order is being made.

• On the order page (linked in the order email), press “Withdraw from the contract here”, enter your name, order number and email and press “Confirm withdrawal”. We send a confirmation with the date and time by email straight away.
• Or send the model withdrawal form (annex) or any other clear statement to info@kuncewear.com.

The products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal. The Buyer pays the direct cost of returning them.

The Seller refunds all payments received, including the cheapest standard delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, by the same payment method. The Seller may wait until the products or proof of their dispatch arrive.

The Buyer is liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products (e.g. worn, washed, with odour, without labels).

The right does not apply to products made to the Buyer's specifications (e.g. with a personal print). Choosing a size or colour is not a specification.

If the Buyer withdraws, the linked instalment credit agreement ends as well.

The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity for 2 years from delivery (legal guarantee; its EU notice is shown at checkout and on the Delivery and returns page). Defects that appear within 1 year of delivery are presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.

For a defective product the Buyer may ask for repair or replacement, and if that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or to end the contract.

Send complaints to info@kuncewear.com with the order number, a description and photos. We reply within 14 days.

Care instructions are on the product page and the label. Changes caused by ignoring them, or normal wear, are not defects.

The parties are liable under Lithuanian law. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

Personal data is processed under the privacy policy (kuncewear.com/en/privacy).

We try to settle disputes directly first: write to info@kuncewear.com. We answer a complaint in writing within 14 days. If we reject it, accept it only in part or do not answer within 14 days, the consumer may turn to the out-of-court consumer dispute body: the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, vvtat.lrv.lt, online at vtis.lt, by post or in person, or to a court. Lithuanian law applies.

The Seller may change these terms. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
